The Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was released on December 14, 2001. This amazing movie was directed by Chris Columbus. Many actors in this movie did great, and if I have to choose the three top actors, it is Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Emma Watson (Hermione Granger), and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley). In this movie, Harry Potter was having a miserable life at the Dursely's house, and on his birthday, an invitation came from Hogwarts (a magical school for witches and wizards). He worked hard and crashed into troubles, and finally met his greatest enemy. I really enjoyed watching this movie for many reasons.
The most fascinating thing about this flim was the cinematography. It even made me believe that magic can be hidden somewhere in our own lives. The sound fit with the theme. The actors did their jobs really well. The story was made well and it needs some puzzle solving on your own. And the twist at the end was surprisingly well hidden. I think the message of this film is, if you are patient, many good things can happen.
Once again, I really enjoyed this film. This movie is my favorite of all the Harry Potter movies, because I liked their sense of humor when they were young. The movie was just excellent, I have no feedback to give. I rate this movie 5 out of 5 potatoes. I really recommend those who loved Harry Potter books, and even people who like magic versus the dark arts.
